Fred Abu Elias is the founder of Spectrum Coach, a Melbourne based coaching practice built specifically for the residential building industry. Drawing on years spent working alongside builders, trades, and construction business owners, and over the past ten plus years, Fred has helped residential builders sharpen their systems, strengthen their sales, and grow businesses that hold up under pressure.
His approach is practical and grounded: no jargon, no theory for its own sake, just clear strategies that work on the tools and in the boardroom. Clients come to Fred for straight talking guidance and stay for the results.
At the heart of Spectrum Coach is a simple belief: builders deserve businesses that reward the quality of their work. Whether it’s tightening operations, lifting profitability, or building the confidence to lead, Fred partners with clients to turn hard won trade experience into lasting business success.
Donna Abu Elias

Donna Abu Elias is a Melbourne based lawyer and the Founder and Principal of Spectrum Lawyers & Consultants. With over 20 years of experience, she specialises in construction, property, and commercial law, supporting builders, contractors, and property owners with practical and effective legal solutions.
Donna has held senior legal roles with major building companies including Burbank, Carlisle Homes, and Simonds Group, building strong expertise in contract law, dispute resolution, and industry advisory.
In addition to leading her firm, Donna is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, helping clients resolve disputes efficiently and achieve fair, commercially focused outcomes.
